Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the enarumusic platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using the enarumusic platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
enarumusic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
To use enarumusic services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 years of age with parental consent. During registration, you will be required to select your age category. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you are under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account and use our services. Parents and guardians are responsible for the activities of minors using the platform under their supervision.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, may result in immediate account termination.
Each person or entity may only create one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual or entity are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts without prior notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the music, artwork, and other content you upload to enarumusic. By uploading content, you grant enarumusic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services and promoting your music.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, including but not limited to musical compositions, sound recordings, artwork, and metadata. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
enarumusic reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, infringes on third party rights, or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
enarumusic provides music distribution services to deliver your content to streaming platforms, digital stores, and other music services. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your music to the platforms you select, but we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific platform.
Release timelines are estimates and may vary depending on platform requirements, quality control processes, and external factors beyond our control. Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days, but some platforms may take longer.
Once a release is live on streaming platforms, changes or takedowns may take 24-48 hours to process. Some platforms may require longer processing times. You remain responsible for ensuring all metadata and content is accurate before submission.
enarumusic collects royalties from streaming platforms and digital stores on your behalf. Royalties are typically reported 2-3 months after the end of the month in which streams occurred, depending on when platforms provide their data to us.
The minimum payout threshold is €11.00 (or equivalent in your currency). You may request a payout once your account balance reaches this threshold. Payouts are processed via PayPal and typically complete within 5-10 business days after approval.
You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with royalty payments. enarumusic does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.
Commission Structure: enarumusic does not take any commission or fees from your royalties. However, our private distribution partner, who handles the 1-day distribution service to streaming platforms, retains 10% of gross royalties collected from platforms. This means you receive 90% of all royalties generated by your music. enarumusic itself does not deduct any additional fees or commissions from your earnings.
The 10% distribution fee is automatically deducted before royalties appear in your enarumusic account balance. All amounts shown in your royalty dashboard represent your net earnings after the distribution partner's fee has been applied.
In cases of fraudulent streaming activity, artificial stream manipulation, or other violations, enarumusic reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments and may terminate your account.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of royalties, and potential legal action.
enarumusic strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including features, functionality, or integration with third-party services. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where feasible.
The enarumusic platform, including its design, functionality, code, branding, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by enarumusic.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
Trademark Protection: The enarumusic name, logo, branding elements, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of enarumusic. You are strictly prohibited from using, copying, imitating, or creating any company, service, product, or brand that uses the enarumusic name, logo, or any confusingly similar names, logos, or branding elements.
Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, creation of a business with a similar name or logo, or any attempt to create confusion in the marketplace regarding the source or affiliation of goods or services will be considered trademark infringement and unfair competition. Such violations will result in:
enarumusic actively monitors for trademark infringement and will vigorously defend its intellectual property rights under Dutch and international trademark law. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our trademarks, please report it to legal@enarumusic.nl immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, enarumusic and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to enarumusic in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless enarumusic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will forfeit access to the platform and any pending royalties below the minimum payout threshold.
enarumusic may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before termination, except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your content may be removed from streaming platforms within 24-48 hours, though some platforms may require longer processing times. enarumusic is not responsible for delays in content removal by third-party platforms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations with enarumusic support.
